In the vacation region Kaiser-Reich is our vacation apartment, on the 1st floor of a detached house, in the middle of the old village center of Kiefersfelden, in a quiet location. It has a balcony with access to the sun terrace. From the sun terrace you have a beautiful unobstructed view of the Kaisergebirge panorama. Due to the central location in the village, shopping facilities, bakery, an ice cream parlor several pubs/restaurants and the leisure pool Innsola are within walking distance in max. 10 min. The train station can be reached in about 5 minutes - our famous theater of the Ritterschauspiele is in the immediate vicinity.Hikes and bike tours can be started directly from the front door.No pets!

The modern and comfortably furnished vacation apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house. The living and dining area with comfortable seating and sofa bed, as well as flat screen TV, free W-Lan, invites you to relax. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker (for filter coffee and capsules), kettle, toaster. The bright bedroom consists of a double bed (single mattresses 180 x 200) with 2 glass storage tables, closet and recliner. Spacious bathroom with barrier-free shower and underfloor heating, towels and hairdryer available. Separate toilet. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. Balcony and terrace with a fantastic view of the Zahmen Kaiser (garden furniture and sun loungers are available). Non-smokers no pets parking in front of the house.

The above prices are plus spa tax of EUR 1.50 per person/night for adults. Children from 0 to 17 years: EUR 0,00.
