And if you feel like private yoga lessons, free work with the horse or even martial arts and self-defense, just talk to us. :)You can reach the house via a 30m long path up the slope and reward yourself with a beautiful, wide view of the Kaisergebirge and Inntal.A fenced garden area, as well as a south-east terrace, with a large gas grill, invite you to spend the days and evenings outdoors.There is also space for sports, so it is good that you can book private yoga lessons with us, if interested, on site in the house.A lockable room for storing skis or bicycles is also available, which you are welcome to use.The vacation home was built in about 1920, last renovated in 2011 and renovated in 2020 and thereby newly furnished and equipped. On the first floor, an open living area with fully equipped kitchen, bright dining area and cozy large living area with glazed fireplace awaits our guests. Free Wi-Fi in combination with an available Fire TV stick lets you enjoy your usual series experience without effort even on vacation. For karaoke fans there is also a PS3 with various Singstar games and microphones available. The windows are very well soundproofed, so there is no need to worry ) An open staircase leads to the upper floor. The first bedroom has a large king-size bed with memory topper throughout and a light alarm clock with radio function. Blackout curtains are installed in all bedrooms. In the second bedroom you will find a queen-size bed with topper and open roof beams - simply cozy. A radio alarm clock is also available here. The third bedroom has 2 90x200 beds with topper, which can be used separately, or connected to one big bed. Or you can use it as a sofa or day bed if you are 2-4 persons. There is also a hanging chair with mountain view and a desk. From here you can also access our balcony with a beautiful view of the surroundings and the mountains. Sanitary facilities are available on both floors on the first floor a spacious bathroom with shower and toilet, and on the upper floor a bathroom with whirlpool tub and a separate toilet.
