Our rustic, cosy, lovingly furnished holiday home is situated in an idyllic, almost secluded location directly on the stream, surrounded by meadows and forests, close to Lake Waginger See. Lockable storage facilities for bicycles, motorbikes or similar are available. Parking spaces for cars are in front of the house.

Our rowing boat at Seebad Tettenhausen is at your disposal by arrangement.

The cottage is in a wonderfully quiet yet central location. It has a sunny terrace with a garden set for 7 people. There are sun loungers and a small lounge for 4 people, as well as a balcony, living room with dining area and children's high chair. The living room offers space to chill out and watch TV. TV only possible via WLAN (via apps in the TV). In the utility room there is a washing machine and tumble dryer, which you can use for a fee, and drying racks are available. The house is heated with a wood-burning stove in the parlour and electric underfloor heating in the bathroom.

You can book the house alone, as a couple or as a family.

Please note that this is a non-smoking house. Smoking is permitted on the balcony and terrace. Pets are not allowed. Please note: there is a steep staircase to the upper floor. WLAN free of charge.
