Description

The apartment is in the mediterranean style held. Warm and terracotta colors predominate. The ground and wall coatings, furniture and pieces of furniture matching to each other and give the apartment the typically mediterranean flaire. An electrical tiled stove in the living room guarantees also on colder days for a high welfare feeling. The apartment is ideally suitable for families up to five persons. The vacation apartment is located in the ground floor of the holiday house to the left. The flat consists of a great living room incl. a completelly equipped kitchen, furnished terrace with barbeque, two bedrooms and day light bath. Additional to a bedroom with double bed and a second bedroom with bunk bed still a sleep sofa is available in the living room. The equipment is new, functionally and qualitatively valuable. The apartment is furnished with toaster, percolator, microwave with grill, 4 plate cooking, dish-washer, freezing compartment, tiled stove, washing machine, etc.. Large southern-western-terrace with unobstructed look to the willows and forest. You will enjoy the sunset. The holiday apartments are located in a 2006/2007 new build country house with in total four apartments of different size with 2 or 3 rooms for 1-5 persons. The season 2007 is the first rental season. Because of that, the house and the furniture are completely new and valuably. The house is located in the northern part of village Koserow. From the terrace you have a look about the meadows and forest. About a tree existed dune way one reaches within less than 5 minutes to the fine-sandy beach (appr.200m) and to the Baltic Sea landing bridge of Koserow. From there excursion boats circulate during the season for example to the Isle of Ruegen. All purchasing facilities, the local centre, bike rental are nearby (appr. 300m). Distance to playground: appr.100m. To each apartment belongs a lockable, cost free separate bike shed. Parking at the object is available. A roofed wicker beach chair can be reserved upon request. Also you can visit the space and submarine museum located in the village Peenemuende. At the other end of the Iland, you will find the polish marked, just behind the border, where you can buy all necessary and unnecessary things. At night you can go to the disco at Ahlbeck or Heringsdorf. You are in the middle of the Iland, so all distances are short. The Iland-Railway is available up to midnight to bring you home. Location description : Koserow, appr. convenient located in the center between Karlshagen and Ahlbeck, at the smallest part of the island Usedom is unique and multiform in its nature equipment. Sailers, surfers, wanderers or cyclists, everyone could enjoy and foolows his favours. A special attraction proceeds from the highest "hill" of the island, the Streckelsberg with its 60 m height. From its top it offers itself the viewer a beautiful view on the baltic sea. From here, at clear days you could recognize the white hills on the island Rügen. And often also the chalk rock of Stubbenkammer. In northwest direction is the island Oie located, which makes attentive by the signal lights of their lighthouse on itself particularly in the evening. If you look in southeast direction, recognize the steep banks of the neighbour island Wollin.
