Description
This charming holiday apartment is in a detached house above the owners’ apartment and has a separate entrance and conservatory.
The 60m² of living space comprises one bedroom with a double bed, and an open living room with a dining table and cooking niche. Also there is an adjoining shower room with a WC and washbasin. The spacious bedroom provides ample space for a supplementary bed for a child. The living room has a TV with digital channels for cosy evenings in the sitting corner with a sofa and armchair. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a fridge with a freezer compartment, a stove and small electrical appliances such as a coffee machine, toaster and kettle, for convenient self-catering.
In front of the house you have access to a very extensive, natural site totalling 15,000m², practically a park on your doorstep. A rowing boat is available for a trip on the nearby lake. There are two convenient parking spaces in front of the house.
You can benefit from the surrounding nature, which you can also explore by bicycle. Bicycles can be hired locally. You can go shopping just five metres away and there is a restaurant two kilometres away. Riding facilities, a lake with places for fishing and boat hire, as well as water sports are 1km away. The next largest town is about 8km away.
