You live centrally in a bright, friendly apartment in the heart of Landshut, a 5-minute walk from the old town, which you can easily reach via the Isar bridge. You will find enough space to live and sleep alone or as a couple on 23 square meters of living/bedroom with double bed (1.80x2.00 m), you can enjoy the first rays of sunshine in the morning on the south-facing balcony with awning.
On request, we can also provide children with their own travel bed or sofa bed.
Furthermore: fitted kitchen with dining area, equipped with espresso (capsule) / coffee machine, kettle, fridge-freezer with 3-star compartment, microwave and radio-CD player. There are two further cupboards in the checkroom.
During your stay we will provide you with espresso and coffee free of charge. By arrangement, we can also fill your fridge before your arrival.
You can leave your valuables in a built-in wall safe at any time.

If required, you can use a very good Miele washing machine and dryer, both in the communal cellar. Bed linen and towels are included.
You can also look forward to an underground parking space, which is accessible by elevator. WLAN/Internet is available free of charge for the duration of your stay.

Conditions and extras
The indicated price refers to one person. Each additional person 20€.
Children up to 3 years free.

The apartment is accessible by elevator via the underground car park.
We look forward to welcoming your (small) dog - but please let us know in advance.

Payment is to be made up to 14 days before arrival by bank transfer or PayPal for at least 20% of the total cost, the remaining amount in cash on arrival.
Furthermore, a deposit of EUR 300 is payable on arrival, which will be refunded immediatelyupon return of the rental property in a clean and undamaged condition.
You will receive the keys to the apartment on presentation of your valid identification documents.

No parties or events
Smoking is prohibited in the apartment

Please contact us in good time before your arrival, at least 48 hours in advance by email or telephone, so that we can plan the check-in.

The landlord will welcome you personally and will also be available for the duration of your stay.
