The Zachhof from 1596 is located in the center of Niederleierndorf in the Großer Labertal in Lower Bavaria between Regensburg, Landshut and Munich.
The holiday apartments are part of the historic Zachhof. The apartments are located in a newly built wooden house next to the listed log house from the 16th century.
In addition to the proximity to the city, quiet country life is combined with unique impressions during the re-creation of a monument that will be part of the holiday complex at the end of 2021.
Many tourist and cultural-historical highlights in the area (e.g. Kelheim and Weltenburg, Regensburg and Walhalla, Abensberg, Landshut and Straubing) allow for many activities. There are a variety of walking paths and hiking routes in the vicinity (e.g. Via Nova, stork route, paths in the low moor nature reserve).
The cycle paths are also connected to the national cycle path network.

The apartment is located in a new wooden building. On the ground floor there is an open kitchen, a dining table with 4 chairs, a sofa with sleeping function, smart TV and the bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower.
The bathrooms are fully equipped with towels, make-up mirror, hair dryer and shower gel / soap.
A king-size box spring bed for 2 people (fennobed) awaits you on the large sleeping gallery.
We are happy to provide a cot. You will find child-friendly equipment (if required, changing table, nappy pail, children's dishes, high chair, fall protection on the stairs, bottle warmer ......).
On the fold-out sofa bed on the ground floor there are 2 additional beds as required.

Arrival from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. A key safe is available for later arrivals by arrangement.
Departure by 10.30 a.m.
The keys are handed over on site.

Conditions and extras
A deposit of 20% can be charged after booking.
The balance is paid on site in cash.
Cancellations up to 7 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged at 50% of the total price and will not apply if the booking is changed. It is recommended to take out travel cancellation insurance.
