The car-free and quiet holiday village is right above Lake Lech, with a lovely view of the Lechtal and Ammertal Alps, inviting you to enjoy a wonderful, relaxing holiday. The terrace with its beautiful view of the Allgäu Alps invites you to sit and relax. The lawn adjoining the terrace, which is for shared use, the nearby playground and the football field are ideal for children. There is a shared parking area for all the residents in the holiday village. The non-smoking holiday house with around 64m² of living space provides ample space for up to four people. It comprises two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed (two single mattresses each 90 x 190cm), the second with two single beds (90 x 190cm). The living room with an integrated dining space provides a sitting corner with a sofa, a TV with an integrated DVD player, and a dining table with four chairs. The bathroom is fitted with a new shower and a WC. The enclosed kitchen, which has been completely newly fitted, is equipped with an electric stove, a dishwasher, an oven and a fridge, as well as a microwave, a coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster. All the rooms have gas central heating. The whole house has free wireless Internet access. You receive an access code at the reception. The nearest supermarket is about 2km away. Outside of the holiday village there are many sports and leisure options. In winter the snow-covered Alpine landscape invites you to enjoy skating and skiing. Nearby ski resorts including e.g. Reutte 30km away are easy to get to by car. In summer you can go hiking, cycling, riding or play golf and enjoy water sports in the eastern Allgäu area. In the immediate vicinity of Lechbruck there is Füssen (about 20km away) with its famous historical old town, as well as the Ludwig II, Hohenschwangau and Neuschwanstein castles. You can also visit various famous monasteries and churches, such as the Wieskirche (ca. 12km). You can go on day trips to the Zugspitze (ca. 65km), to Munich (ca. 100km) and Lake Starnberger (ca. 60km), as well as Reutte (ca. 30km).
