Our farm is located in a quiet and sunny location at 700 m above sea level in the beautiful Scheffau between Berchtesgaden with salt mine, Watzmanntherme and its numerous inns and the Mozart city of Salzburg.A children's playground with sandbox, playhouse and swings and the proximity to our animals (cows, chickens, rabbits, cat) let children's hearts beat faster. For parents, the balcony with mountain panorama or our lawn invites you to relax. In winter, the skiing area Roßfeld and the cross-country skiing track Scheffau for sporting activities are in close proximity.

The apartment has 3 separate bedrooms. Each room has shower/WC and an exit to the panoramic balcony with plenty of space to rest and relax.A separate living room with TV/Sat offers one to sit together comfortably. In the large hallway is plenty of space to play or even to store.In the kitchen with a large dining area is enough space to eat and entertain. The kitchen offers all comforts: dishwasher, stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer, egg boiler, toaster, coffee maker and kettle.

Conditions and extras
The mentioned prices are plus spa tax of 3,10 Euro for adults, 1,55 Euro for children/youngsters from 7 to 16 years and 0,00 Euro for children from 0 - 6 years per person and day of stay.We always assume 2 persons in the bedroom. The other bedrooms, which are not needed, are not included in the price. However, if more bedrooms are needed, they can be added for 30,00 Euro per bedroom per night.
