Description

This lovely holiday house is in Kneese, just six kilometres from the popular Marlow bird sanctuary. This house is a natural oasis for those seeking relaxation, in a fabulous stand-alone location and with a sauna and a pool table, in the nature of Vorpommern. The climate here is very good for respiratory complaints There is a big, fenced section of garden with a sunny terrace, where you can enjoy holiday evenings, also around the open campfire. There is plenty of space for children to play and run around. You can park your car conveniently right on site. If you arrive by train then we can arrange collection. The ground-level house with 140m² of living space is very spacious and can accommodate up to seven people. There are three bedrooms, one with a bunk bed and a single bed, one with a double bed (180cm wide), and two people can sleep in the fitness room. The big living room with a corner suite and an open kitchen provides ample space. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a fridge with a freezer compartment, a ceramic hob, an oven, a coffee machine and a microwave. The bathroom has modern fittings, is spacious and has a shower. Everything is very modern and of a high standard. There are also a sauna, a pool table and a darts board, so you can have fun even in bad weather. The house is very quietly situated, surrounded by trees and fields. The beautiful Baltic Sea beaches are about 30 minutes away by car, as well as the towns of Rostock, Stralsnd and Ribnitz-Damgarten.
