Cosy holiday flats, ideal for families with small children. Our holiday apartment guests receive favourable special conditions on the entrance fee for the Marquartstein Fairytale Adventure Park. Beautiful starting point for various summer activities. Hiking trails to various alpine pastures, bike path and mountain bike tours in front of your doorstep, Hochplatte chairlift around the corner (0.5 km reachable on foot) bathing lake 2.5 km away (easily reachable by bike). In winter a nice starting point for various winter activities. Playground for building snowmen. Cross-country ski trail on your doorstep. Toboggan run on the Hochplatte within walking distance (toboggans can be rented at the chairlift) Alpine slopes 20 minutes away. Winter hiking. Flat 2 is also suitable for groups of up to 9 people.

Living space (70 sqm), 2 bedrooms with 5 beds. New bathroom with shower and WC, changing table, additional WC in the flat, cosy kitchen-cum-living-room with 16 sqm covered wide balcony. The balcony is equipped with barbecue facilities and seating. Lawn for sunbathing, cable TV, radio. Guests of the holiday apartment get special conditions for the entrance fee to the Märchen-Erlebnispark Marquartstein. Non-smokers, no pets. Year-round rental. Bed linen, towels, tea towels, children's travel cot and heating included. Visitor's tax exclusive. Final cleaning 30 €, if not done by the guest. Valid are written bookings (also by FAX or email) which have been confirmed by us or bookings via internet on our homepage or IRS.de partner (e.g. Chiemsee.de). Minimum stay 3 nights from January - June and September - December, 5 nights in July and August.

Conditions and extras
The prices quoted do not include the spa tax of € 1.50 per person/night for adults. Children from 6 to 15 years: € 1,00, children from 0 to 5 years are free of charge.For the final cleaning we charge a flat rate of € 30.00 for flats 1 and 3 and a flat rate of € 50.00 for flat 2, if the guest does not do the final cleaning himself.Holiday apartment guests receive favourable special conditions for the entrance fee to the Märchen-Erlebnispark Marquartstein. Large lawn for playing in front of the house.
