The building is on a road with little traffic, in green surroundings.
The balcony door in the living room opens onto the little front garden with a garden terrace, furnished with a table and four chairs and with a grill trolley. You can also use the garden and two parking spaces.
The apartment is on the ground floor of an imposing listed building built in the 16th century. Entrance stairs lead to the entrance with a sandstone portal. The generous entrance hall has two steps into the apartment. The sandstone portal dated 1581 provides access to the hall-like living room with impressive ceiling height, thick external walls and arched windows. The generous room comprises a well-equipped kitchen corner, a dining space, a lounge area with two sofas and a big LCD TV, as well as a second bed 140cm wide.
