Description

Spend your holiday by the North Sea in the coastal town of Neßmersiel, in this four-star superior house. What this means for you is pure relaxation, fresh North Sea air, a pleasant residential atmosphere and an exclusive interior, near the embankment and a playground, with the beach a few minutes away. There is an enclosed garden facing south and a roofed terrace with a garden table and chairs for six people, along with a garden lounger and a round charcoal grill. The 120m² semi-detached house very close to the embankment offers a relaxing and leisurely stay. It is classified as four-star by the DTV and is for two to six people. It is non-smoking and pets are not allowed, so it is also suitable for allergy sufferers and was renovated in 2011. The living room has a big corner sofa and two armchairs, a flatscreen TV (DVD and Bluray player), a dining table with six chairs, a selection of books in an antique cupboard and granite flooring.
