Our cozy family house is located on the outskirts of the village in a quiet residential area. On the terrace / free seat you can enjoy the evening sun and end the day. Due to the good traffic connection, approx. 1km to the BAB A8 and the proximity to the Chiemsee and Salzburg you have all possibilities to get to know our region. In the village you will find two well-run traditional restaurants with Bavarian beer garden, a village store for daily errands and the newly renovated swimming pool invites you to sunbathe and swim. The Stoißer Alm on the nearby local mountain, the Teisenberg, is worth a hike at any time of year with a magnificent view of the Berchtesgaden and Salzburg Alps. We warmly welcome you to stay with us in the Berchtesgadener Land.

Feel like you are on holiday! Our cosy granny flat is fully equipped with everything you need for a holiday stay. A kitchenette and living couch with dining area is on the ground floor, internet and TV reception is also available. On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet. On the adjoining terrace with the outdoor seating area you can enjoy the warm summer nights with a glass of wine. Additional persons (e.g. children) can be accommodated on the sofa bed on the ground floor, please ask. Tips on the surroundings and excursions are available upon arrival!

Conditions and extras
The above prices do not include the health resort tax of EUR 1,00 per person/night for adults. Young people from 12-17 years pay the reduced contribution of EUR 0,50 and children up to 11 years are exempt from the health resort contribution.
