The whole ground floor and the upper floor are laid with floor tiles and there is under-floor heating on the ground floor. The attic is laid with laminate. The house is suitable for allergy sufferers, with wipeable floors throughout the house and antiallergenic bed linen. It is a few minutes to the harbour or the beach and a ten-minute bike ride to the town centre of Norden with its cultural amenities. Note that the house is non-smoking and that pets are not allowed.
