Approx. 3,000 sqm garden, wonderful view of the Kaisergebirge and the surrounding mountains, fantastic view of the Brünnstein from the holiday home, parking spaces directly at the house, no pets. To the centre of the village and to the leisure area Hocheck approx. 20minutes walk. The Sudelfeld ski area is approx. 15 km away. Ideal starting point for many cycling, hiking and mountain tours. WLAN is of course available free of charge.

The cosy 40 sqm holiday flat is located on the 1st floor. It has a living/bedroom with kitchen and bath/WC. The balcony to the east and south offers you a fantastic view and invites you to relax.
