"Grüß Gott" in Niederaudorf. Enjoy your holiday on our farm. Our holiday home is located in the middle of the golden village of Niederaudorf. The village and the region offer a wide range of leisure activities in summer and winter. The holiday home houses our two comfortable flats. You have the choice between the terrace flat on the ground floor and the balcony flat on the ground floor.

Each flat has a kitchen-living room, two bedrooms with a double bed in each and a bathroom with bathtub, shower and WC.The kitchen-cum-living-room is well-equipped with a 4-hob cooker, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, egg boiler, kettle and toaster.A dining area and a TV/radio invite you to sit together in comfort.Organisational matters: bed linen, hand and shower towels, hairdryer and dishcloths with washing-up liquid, everything is there for you.

Both holiday flats are equipped with a dishwasher! Smoking is not allowed in the flats!Pets are not allowed!For overnight stays until 01.01.2025: The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax: Adults €1.50/night. Children under the age of 18, persons with a severe disability of 80 % or more, their accompanying persons and persons staying in the municipality of Oberaudorf for professional purposes are exempt from the visitor's tax. Persons with a severe disability of 50 % to 79 % are entitled to a 50 % discount.For overnight stays from 01.01.2025: The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax: Adults € 2.00/night.
