Newly built, cosy holiday apartments and rooms invite you to a child-friendly organic farm in a quiet location on the outskirts of the village with a clear view of the Kaisergebirge mountains. It is starting point for mountain and hiking tours. Our own children are looking forward to guests who treat our milk cows, cats and rabbits with love.

Our 90 sqm holiday flat Obstgarten is located on the 2nd floor of our home. It offers plenty of space for up to 5 people. The cosily furnished holiday flat with dormer window and exposed roof truss radiates warmth and comfort with its oiled oak floorboards and lots of our own spruce wood. The spacious kitchen, as well as the rest of the furnishings, were custom-made by a local carpenter. Enjoy the first rays of sunshine at breakfast on the east-facing balcony with a view of the tame and wild Kaiser and a wonderful holiday day begins. The open living and dining area has underfloor heating, panoramic windows, fully equipped kitchen incl. electric cooker, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, egg boiler and toaster. The spacious living area offers you a comfortable, high-quality couch and coffee table as well as a flat screen TV and stereo system. One bedroom is made of pine wood in comfort height with flat screen TV, safe and direct access to the south-facing balcony. One bedroom is made of local spruce wood in comfort height and canapé. The comfortable bathroom with walk-in shower has two washbasins, WC, towel dryer, hairdryer and cosmetic mirror. Furthermore, free Wi-Fi, parking space for car, extra bed (possible) and a baby package are at your disposal.

PLEASE NOTE: We ask for a deposit of 50% of the booking amount within 10 days - we will contact you immediately after booking. Your booking is only valid after receipt of the amount.

For overnight stays until 01.01.2025: The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax: Adults €1.50/night. Children under the age of 18, persons with a severe disability of 80 % or more, their accompanying persons and persons staying in the municipality of Oberaudorf for professional purposes are exempt from the visitor's tax. Persons with a severe disability of 50 % to 79 % are entitled to a 50 % discount.For overnight stays from 01.01.2025: The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax: Adults € 2.00/night. Children under the age of 16, persons with a severe disability of 80% or more, their accompanying persons and persons staying in the municipality of Oberaudorf for professional purposes are free of charge.
