The cosy holiday flat in country house style offers space for 2 to 4 people and the best view of the surrounding mountains. The Kohl holiday flat is the perfect starting point for all kinds of activities. In summer, the large garden offers a trampoline, swing, playground equipment, a sunbathing lawn and garden furniture. In winter, winter sports enthusiasts will find the entrance to the cross-country ski trail directly at the house. For skiers, there is a chair lift in the village that takes you to the Hocheck skiing area. Parking spaces are available directly at the house. A bicycle shelter and baby/toddler equipment are also available. WLAN free of charge.

The living area is approx. 70 m² consisting of two separate bedrooms, bathroom with shower and WC, living/dining area, TV, DVD, and radio, kitchenette with dishwasher, microwave, cooker with ceramic hob and oven, refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and crockery. The holiday flat is on the top floor and has a balcony with a view of the Kaisergebirge. Pets are not allowed, non-smokers, child-friendly!
