You have a fantastic view of the Kaisergebirge and the surrounding mountains. On the covered east-facing balcony there is enough space for a cosy breakfast in front of a great view.

The modern, newly renovated holiday flat "Zahmer Kaiser" is located in a quiet location on the outskirts of the village on the 1st floor. It has an eat-in kitchen with a large dining table, equipped with a 4-burner cooker, a dishwasher and a freezer, as well as a microwave and kitchen utensils, a bathroom with bathtub and a separate WC. The bedroom has a box spring bed and the living room is furnished with a comfortable couch.

Conditions and extras
30% deposit on booking. If the deposit is not received within 14 days of receipt of invoice, the booking will be cancelled. The remaining amount is due 14 days before arrival.
A processing fee of €10 will be charged for cancellations!
For overnight stays until 01.01.2025: The prices quoted do not include the
visitor's tax: Adults €1.50/night. Children under the age of 18, persons with a severe disability of 80 % or more, their accompanying persons and persons staying in the municipality of Oberaudorf for professional purposes are exempt from the visitor's tax. Persons with a severe disability of 50 % to 79 % are entitled to a 50 % discount.For overnight stays from 01.01.2025: The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax: Adults € 2.00/night. Children under the age of 16, persons with a severe disability of 80% or more, their accompanying persons and persons staying in the municipality of Oberaudorf for professional purposes are free of charge.
