Newly built, cosy holiday apartments and rooms invite you to a child-friendly organic farm in a quiet location on the outskirts of the village with a clear view of the Kaisergebirge mountains. It is starting point for mountain and hiking tours. Our own children are looking forward to guests who treat our milk cows, cats and rabbits with love.

Our 25 sqm feel-good flat is located directly next to the two holiday flats Kaiserblick and Wildbarren on the 2nd floor in the farmhouse. It is ideal for grandparents who would like to be close to their families in the holiday flats, but who would like to have their own bathroom, cooking facilities and living space. Furthermore, our feel-good flat (combined living and sleeping room) is often booked by single travellers with children to give them their first taste of real "farm air". It has a cosy, small but fine one-room flat for 2 people with a combined living and bedroom, kitchenette with hot plate, fridge and freezer unit, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, as well as couch and dining area. The newly renovated bathroom has a shower, washbasin, WC, laundry basket, cosmetic mirror, hairdryer, bathroom stool. Furthermore, the flat offers you a safe, clock radio, flat screen TV, compact stereo with CD, free W-LAN, parking space for your car and a south-facing balcony with garden chairs and table.

For overnight stays until 01.01.2025: The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax: Adults €1.50/night. Children under the age of 18, persons with a severe disability of 80 % or more, their accompanying persons and persons staying in the municipality of Oberaudorf for professional purposes are exempt from the visitor's tax. Persons with a severe disability of 50 % to 79 % are entitled to a 50 % discount.For overnight stays from 01.01.2025: The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax: Adults € 2.00/night.
