Only a few minutes walk to the centre of the village and to the Erlebinsberg Oberaudorf with chair lift, "Oberaudorfer Flieger", summer toboggan run, freefall slide and legend trail. Perfect starting point for all hiking and cycling tours. Of course we offer WLAN free of charge. In the nearby Pension Lavendel you can indulge yourself with a good breakfast.

The newly renovated maisonette has a large living room with flat-screen TV and a sofa bed, as well as a kitchenette equipped with a dishwasher and a 2-plate cooker, with an adjoining dining area. The bathroom has a shower and the toilet is separate. There is a balcony with a wonderful view over Oberaudorf and the Kaisergebirge.

Our house has HOTSPOT in all holiday flats.Baby bed on request 3,- € / night.A deposit will be charged at the time of booking. If the deposit is not received within 14 days after receipt of the invoice, the booking will be cancelled. We will contact you after booking. The remaining amount is due 14 days before arrival.
A processing fee of €10 will be charged for cancellations!
