Enjoy your holidays in a stately Art Nouveau villa, which was built at the end of the 19th century by the court architect of Ludwig II. Surrounded by the spectacular mountain world of the Inn Valley. With its meadows and forests you will experience relaxing days in the middle of the landscape conservation area. The surrounding meadows invite you to rest and the Auerbach, which flows behind the house, invites you to take a bath in the middle of summer with its small pools. The skiing area Hocheck is in sight and can be reached in a few minutes. WLAN free of charge.

The approx. 80 sqm large holiday apartment is completely newly renovated and accessible via the historic staircase (no lift). It offers a high-quality equipment with a new fitted kitchen including all household appliances (induction cooker, extractor fan, microwave, fully automatic coffee machine, dishwasher etc.) and a modern bathroom. The apartment is modern and comfortably furnished, whereby antique single pieces give a special note. It has a separate bedroom, as well as 2 beds on the open gallery, which is moved up. Of course WLAN and satellite TV are included.

Conditions and extras
A deposit is charged at the time of booking. If the deposit is not received within 14 days of receipt of the invoice, the booking will be cancelled. We will contact you after booking. The remaining amount is due 14 days before arrival. A processing fee of €10 will be charged for cancellations!
For overnight stays until 01.01.2025: The prices quoted do not include the
visitor's tax: Adults €1.50/night. Children under the age of 18, persons with a severe disability of 80 % or more, their accompanying persons and persons staying in the municipality of Oberaudorf for professional purposes are exempt from the visitor's tax. Persons with a severe disability of 50 % to 79 % are entitled to a 50 % discount.For overnight stays from 01.01.2025: The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax: Adults € 2.00/night. Children under the age of 16, persons with a severe disability of 80% or more, their accompanying persons and persons staying in the municipality of Oberaudorf for professional purposes are free of charge.
