Unobstructed view of the village, the Kaisergebirge and the surrounding mountains. Only a few minutes walk to the centre of the village and to the Erlebinsberg Oberaudorf with chair lift, "Oberaudorfer Flieger", summer toboggan run, freefall slide and legend trail. Perfect starting point for all hiking and cycling tours. Of course we offer WLAN free of charge. In the nearby Pension Lavendel you can indulge yourself with a good breakfast.

The cosy holiday flat is furnished in Bavarian style. There is a separate bedroom and an additional sofa bed in the living room. There is a living and dining area with kitchenette, microwave, 2 plate cooker and kitchen utensils, as well as a terrace with garden furniture. The newly renovated bathroom has a shower, the toilet is separate.

Conditions and extras
Our house has HOTSPOT in all holiday flats.Baby bed on request 3,- € / night.A deposit will be charged at the time of booking. If the deposit is not received within 14 days after receipt of the invoice, the booking will be cancelled. We will contact you after booking. The remaining amount is due 14 days before arrival.
A processing fee of €10 will be charged for cancellations!
For overnight stays until 01.01.2025: The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax: Adults €1.50/night. Children under the age of 18, persons with a severe disability of 80 % or more, their accompanying persons and persons staying in the municipality of Oberaudorf for professional purposes are exempt from the visitor's tax.
