Our holiday flat is situated in a wonderful quiet location in Niederaudorf in the district of Reisach. The monastery and the romantic Auerbach are only a few minutes' walk away. Directly from the house you can set off on relaxing walks to the Auerbach, Inn or to the monastery. Larger hikes such as to Hocheck, Audorfer Almen, Wildbarren or Brünnstein can also be made directly from the house! By bike, you can start here on many mountain bike tours or take a leisurely ride along the Inn cycle path, e.g. to Kufstein. WLAN free of charge.

The ground floor flat offers 87 sqm divided into three rooms, two of which are bedrooms and one is a bed-sit room, plenty of space to relax. In total, the flat offers space for up to 6 people (4 adults max.). The bedroom is equipped with a large double bed, the children's room with a bunk bed! In the large living room there is a sofa bed with sleep function, a cosy dining area, TV, as well as a Swedish stove/wood-burning stove for cosy, romantic and relaxing holidays. You are welcome to use the wood stove on cooler days as well as in winter for a fee. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub/shower combination, washing machine is available. The fully equipped kitchen with oven, cooker with ceramic hob, fridge/freezer combination, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, bottle warmer and highchair offers again a small dining area. Enjoy the view of the Zahmen Kaiser from the living room and terrace. The spacious terrace invites you to play, barbecue (barbecue facility available) or relax. From the living room you have direct access to the greenery, where you can freely use part of the garden. The children have the possibility to romp around here. There is also a climbing tower with slide and a football goal available for the children.
