An underground garage belongs to the flat.There is an indoor swimming pool 30 degrees, a Finnish sauna with relaxation room, as well as a fitness room and a billiard table at your disposal. For the little ones and the grown-ups there is a playroom, as well as table tennis and table football. The garden has playground equipment and garden loungers. In the nearby Pension Lavendel you can indulge yourself with a good breakfast.

The balcony invites you to sit outside after an eventful day. The kitchen has an oven, fridge, 4 plate cooker, as well as a coffee machine, toaster, kettle and dishwasher, plus kitchen utensils. The flat is located in a family-friendly complex with a playground, quiet islands in the garden and an indoor swimming pool in a quiet location at the gateway to the Alps. Without having to leave the house, you have direct access to, sauna and swimming pool in the basement. Pets are allowed in this flat for a fee.
