An underground garage belongs to the flat.There is an indoor swimming pool 30 degrees, a Finnish sauna with relaxation room, as well as a fitness room and a billiard table at your disposal. For the little ones and the grown-ups there is a playroom, as well as table tennis and table football. The garden has playground equipment and garden loungers. In the nearby Pension Lavendel you can indulge yourself with a good breakfast.

The flat is situated in a family-friendly complex with a playground, quiet islands in the garden and an indoor swimming pool, as well as a fitness room, games room and sauna. It is in a quiet location at the gateway to the Alps.
