The complex has its own photovoltaic system, which is used to generate electricity for the total of 15 flats. Solid wood houses are known to require significantly less heating energy. This is because wood as a building material has very good self-regulating insulation properties. In winter, hardly any energy escapes outside, and in summer, hardly any heat escapes inside. Wooden construction is also beneficial to the health of allergy sufferers and asthmatics. Wood can absorb and release moisture (open-pored structure), so that the climate is independently regulated to 45 - 55 % humidity. This creates a health-promoting environment and has a calming effect on the respiratory tract. The 112 sqm light-flooded flat on the top floor, with its ceilings up to four metres high, provides plenty of space to feel good. The location as well as the installed soundproof walls and doors (between the living and quiet areas) and the room acoustic measures prevent disturbing noises. The renting of accommodation and the catering of guests is only permitted under special protective and hygienic measures. Wellness and leisure facilities as well as events and mobility are also subject to the current regulations and may therefore be subject to restrictions.
