The flat, renovated in 2022, is located on the 1st floor of a multi-family house in a quiet location on the edge of the settlement and offers space for up to 4 people with living room, kitchen plus dining area, bedroom and bathroom with shower/WC. The flat has two large balconies with a view of the Kaisergebirge and the surrounding mountains.
The village centre of Oberaudorf is 1 km away and can be reached on foot, by bike or by car. There are shopping facilities such as a bakery, supermarket, butcher and the tourist information is also centrally located.
The train station is within easy reach, it is 500 m away and offers travel options to Rosenheim, Munich, Salzburg, Innsbruck.
In summer there are various options for mountain and cycling sports, hikes and walks, e.g. to the Reisach Monastery and the Auerbach.
Winter sports such as cross-country skiing, tobogganing, skiing and hiking are possible in the nearby surroundings.
Parking for cars or bicycles is available in the locked, communal underground garage and there are three parking spaces for cars in front of the house. The nearest charging station for electric cars is 500m from the house.

The room is equipped with a large sofa as well as a reading chair, these offer space to linger and relax. In addition, there is a fold-away bed that provides sleeping accommodation for two people. There is access to the west-facing balcony from the new kitchen, where there is also a small seating area.
