You open your eyes sleepily in bed in the morning. You look out of the window - and are simply enchanted. And then you realise that the name "Kaiserpanorama" for this flat is really an understatement. Because it's not just the mountain massif of the Tame and Wilder Kaiser that spreads out before your eyes in all its beauty. There is also the village with the pretty church, which nestles so idyllically in the landscape. There is the dark green of the forests, the Hocheck adventure mountain, the wonderful contrast between vastness and altitude. Then you will go out onto the huge balcony and simply immerse yourself in this lovely Alpine panorama and even after hours you will still be surprised that you are always discovering something new.

Conditions and extras
A deposit is charged at the time of booking. If the deposit is not received within 14 days of receipt of the invoice, the booking will be cancelled. We will contact you after booking. The remaining amount is due 14 days before arrival.
A processing fee of €10 will be charged for cancellations!

For overnight stays until 01.01.2025: The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax: Adults €1.50/night. Children under the age of 18, persons with a severe disability of 80 % or more, their accompanying persons and persons staying in the municipality of Oberaudorf for professional purposes are exempt from the visitor's tax. Persons with a severe disability of 50 % to 79 % are entitled to a 50 % discount.For overnight stays from 01.01.2025: The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax: Adults € 2.00/night. Children under the age of 16, persons with a severe disability of 80% or more, their accompanying persons and persons staying in the municipality of Oberaudorf for professional purposes are free of charge. Persons with a severe disability of 50 % to 79 % are entitled to a 50 % discount.
