Shopping facilities and restaurants are available there. The Oberaudorf-Hocheck adventure mountain can also be reached on foot in approx. 15 minutes.

You can reach the train station, the centre of Oberaudorf with shopping facilities and restaurants or the Oberaudorf-Hocheck adventure mountain in just a few minutes on foot. Numerous hiking and cycling trails can also be reached from your holiday flat in just a few minutes.

Conditions and extras
A deposit is charged at the time of booking. If the deposit is not received within 14 days of receipt of the invoice, the booking will be cancelled. We will contact you after booking. The remaining amount is due 14 days before arrival.
A processing fee of €10 will be charged for cancellations!
Forovernight stays until 01.01.2025: The prices quoted do not include the
visitor's tax: Adults €1.50/night. Children under the age of 18, persons with a severe disability of 80 % or more, their accompanying persons and persons staying in the municipality of Oberaudorf for professional purposes are exempt from the visitor's tax. Persons with a severe disability of 50 % to 79 % are entitled to a 50 % discount.For overnight stays from 01.01.2025: The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax: Adults € 2.00/night. Children under the age of 16, persons with a severe disability of 80% or more, their accompanying persons and persons staying in the municipality of Oberaudorf for professional purposes are free of charge.
