The large south-facing balcony offers a marvellous panoramic view of the Kaiser Mountains. A large communal garden can be used by the guests and especially the children. The nearby Auerbach stream (5 min walk) with its numerous small pools is an adventure for all children and a refreshment for adults. There is also a very nice children's playground. There are countless opportunities for hiking and cycling tours in the immediate vicinity, and many small lakes in the neighbourhood are ideal for swimming and bathing. There is a cross-country ski trail right next to the garden.

Extensive renovations were carried out in 2021: Bathroom, toilet, kitchen appliances (induction hob, oven, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, washer-dryer). The bedrooms are separated from the living area by two doors. This provides optimum acoustic insulation. A desk and printer are available in the smaller bedroom. The use of a grand piano (Steinway) is possible by arrangement. There is a large storage room in the basement for winter sports equipment, which can also be accessed via the underground car park.

For overnight stays until 01.01.2025: The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax: Adults €1.50/night. Children under the age of 18, persons with a severe disability of 80 % or more, their accompanying persons and persons staying in the municipality of Oberaudorf for professional purposes are exempt from the visitor's tax.
