Herzlich willkommen in unserer Ferienwohnung auf 1050m in Hofsgrund einem Teilort von Oberried. Auf 60 m² ist hier Platz für pures Urlaubsglück bis zu 3 Personen. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Skilift Hofsgrund.

Welcome to our holiday apartment at 1050m in Hofsgrund, a suburb of Oberried. On 60 m² is here place for pure holiday happiness up to 3 persons. The apartment is located directly at the ski lift Hofsgrund.

Genießen Sie Ihre Ferien in vollen Zügen, bei schönem Wetter gerne draußen im Garten mit Blick auf den Schauinslandturm oder unter dem überdachten Freisitz im Eingangsbereich.
Im Winter nur wenige Meter bis zum Skilift.
Zur nächsten Bäckerei sind es nur 200m. Dank der Konuskarte können Sie den Schwarzwald mit Bus und Bahn kostenlos erleben. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist nur 100m entfernt. Der Bus fährt stündlich nach Kirchzarten mit Zuganbindung nach Freiburg und stündlich nach Todtnau mit Anbindungen an den Feldberg.

Die Ferienwohnung verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und großem Schrank.
In der gut ausgestatteten Küche finden Sie einen Essplatz, eine Spülmaschine, einen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, einen Herd mit 4 Kochfeldern und einen Backofen, einen Kaffeeautomat mit Thermokanne sowie einen Wasserkocher. Auch die notwendigen Gewürze sind in der Küche vorhanden. Der Kachelofen kann auf Wunsch vom Eigentümer geheizt werden.
Im Wohnzimmer steht eine Schlafcouch für eine zusätzliche Person und ein Fernseher.

Für Ihren PKW steht vor dem Haus am Straßenrand ein öffentlicher Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Sollte dieser in der Hochsaison belegt sein, ist nur 300m vom Haus entfernt ein großer öffentlicher Parkplatz beim Skilift.
In Hofsgrund gibt es auch einen Badesee. Dieser ist ca. 800m von der Wohnung entfernt.

In dieser Unterkunft erlauben wir leider keine Haustiere. Bitte nehmen Sie Rücksicht. In dieser Ferienwohnung dürfen Sie nicht rauchen!

Enjoy your vacations to the fullest, in nice weather gladly outside in the garden with a view of the Schauinslandturm or under the covered outdoor seating in the entrance area.
In winter only a few meters to the ski lift.
To the next bakery it is only 200m. Thanks to the Konuskarte you can experience the Black Forest by bus and train for free. The nearest bus stop is only 100m away. The bus runs hourly to Kirchzarten with train connections to Freiburg and hourly to Todtnau with connections to the Feldberg.

The apartment has a bedroom with double bed and large closet.
In the well-equipped kitchen you will find a dining area, a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer, a stove with 4 hobs and an oven, a coffee machine with thermos and a kettle. The necessary spices are also available in the kitchen. The tiled stove can be heated by the owner on request.
In the living room there is a sofa bed for an extra person and a TV.

For your car there is a public parking place in front of the house at the roadside. Should this be occupied in high season, there is a large public parking lot only 300m from the house at the ski lift.
In Hofsgrund there is also a bathing lake. This is about 800m away from the apartment.

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in this accommodation. Please be considerate. You are not allowed to smoke in this apartment!
