Description
The newly built lodge enjoys a quiet location in Ofterschwang. It is a three-minute walk to the Oftenschwang cable car “Weltcup-Express”. Enjoy the view into the Oberstdorf mountains or of our local mountain, Ofterschwanger Horn.
You can enjoy a fabulous all-round view, with an east-facing gable towards the morning sun and a south-facing balcony. A private car parking space is available. Thee is storage space for skis with a heated ski boot rack.
This is an 80m² non-smoking apartment in the attic. It has a generous living and dining room with a kitchen with panoramic windows and a south-facing balcony. The roof beams are visible. The accommodation also features a fireplace stove and a private sauna in the bathroom. There is a high-quality kitchen with a coffee machine, oven, dishwasher and microwave. There are two separate bedrooms, one of which has balcony access and satellite TV, the other a box spring bed. The daylight bathroom provides a shower, WC, washbasin and the sauna.
The quaint little village Ofterschwang is located between Sonthofen and Fischen in the Allgäu, at the foot of the Hörner group. It has a local grocery shop, an ice cream shop and a post office, as well as restaurants, cafes and rustic chalets by the ski piste and hiking trails. It is a 15-minute drive to Oberstdorf and 25 minutes to the Kleines Wiesertal. Visit Kempten or Füssen with the royal castles, or take the train conveniently to Augsburg or Munich.
From the beginning of May to the beginning of November, cable car tickets for the whole family are included free of charge. This applies to the cable cars in Ofterschwang and Bolsterlang.
