Modern 56m² non-smoking apartment on the 2nd floor of a villa built in the year 2000 in the typical architecture of the historical bathhouses in the Baltic resort of Binz on the island Rügen. The flat has a large south-east facing balcony and a fully equipped, separate kitchen with dining area. Centrally located, just a few steps from the beach, main shopping street and the Binz Pier. In the immediate vicinity you'll find a bakery, cafes, restaurants and shops. The train station can be reached quickly as well.
