House in a quiet location, with two holiday apartments on the upper floor There are two apartments for holiday guests on the upper floor of this house in a quiet location in the Baltic seaside town of Binz, about a 15-mintue walk from the fine sandy beach. The site has a sitting corner for relaxing. You can store your own or hired bicycles in a sheltered bicycle shed. The rental price includes a first set of bed linen and towels. Smoking is prohibited in the apartments and pets are not allowed. Each apartment has a parking space. You can explore the island directly along the cycling path just 30 metres away, in various directions, and experience nature close-up. Or you can set off with the Rasender Roland narrow-gauge train, from the train station just 200 metres away, and can also take bicycles with you. The train station also has a stop for the Böderbahn, which resort card holders can use free of charge for getting into town. The nearest shopping facilties are about 400 metres away.

The comfortably and functionally furnished holiday apartment provides around 48m² of living space and consists of a bedroom, a living room with an integrated kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower and WC. The fully-equipped kitchen unit includes an electric hob, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The living room has a radio and a TV.
