The living room provides access to the large private garden with a terrace, beautiful garden furniture and a breathtaking view of the Baltic Sea, as well as the white beach in Binz. A garden gate leads from the garden directly onto the beach promenade and the beach. The bedroom to the side opens onto the large, south-facing balcony with comfortable furniture. This apartment with a big garden is on the ground floor of the villa.
