Holiday apartment with modern furnishing and fittings, in a quiet location, with a balcony, terrace and garden This beautiful holiday apartment for four people is right near the beach in Binz. The house with the apartment is very quietly situated on a cul-de-sac with little traffic.
The big balcony provides garden furniture and a parasol. There is a big stone grill in the garden.
The apartment is on the first floor, has a separate entrance and is on two floors. You can relax totally within the 75m² of living space. The apartment is suitable for allergy sufferers, as it has tiled floors and a leather sofa. Pets are not allowed. It can accommodate four people, with two bedrooms (one large and one in the attic studio) and two double beds (180 x 200cm, 140 x 200cm). There is a living room with comfortable sofas for relaxing and a 3D TV. On this floor there is also a kitchen unit with a hob, microwave, little dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The bathroom has a big marble washbasin and a shower.
The centre with restaurants and supermarkets is about 600 metres away. It is about 900 metres to the Seebrücke in Binz with the Baltic Sea beach. The house is near the lake Schmachter See.
