This attic apartment is on the first floor of a detached single-family house in a quiet residential estate in Kühlungsborn West. The combined living room/bedroom has a sofa bed for up to two people, cable TV, a small table with two chairs, a wardrobe and a dresser. The sofa bed can be used as a single bed or a double bed, or else as a sofa. The owner can provide a travel bed for a toddler for a fee. There is no separate kitchen, it is in the living room/bedroom and is equipped with a fridge and freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, egg boiler and crockery. Apart from the beach, Kühlungsborn has many other recreational facilities and beautiful (guided) hiking or cycle tours, a cinema, a climbing forest, yoga, an art gallery, two concert gardens, a pier, minigolf, riding farm, sports boat harbour, ice skating in winter etc. The neighbouring locality Wittenbeck has a golf course. It is a five-minute walk to an Edeka market with a bakery stand and butcher.
