Passau is worth visiting in all seasons, either for a short trip or for a more extended exploration of the town. You´ll have many unforgettable moments and memories to take home.
'PASSAU mittendrin' offers the best possible conditions to achieve this. Your accommodation is located between the cathedral and the river Danube in a listed building dated from year 1370. The flat perfectly combines historical ambience and modern comfort – experience its charm for yourself!
From our flat in the very middle of the old town you can easily reach all the sights by foot – simply leave your car in our secure underground car park. Within easy reach from the flat there is also a wide variety of pubs and restaurants. And if you fancy fresh bread, there is a baker open seven days a week just around the corner.
As your hosts we wish you relaxing days in the city and the surrounding countryside.
A centrally located flat on the first floor of a building from 1370, for the interior design we attached great importance to combining historical and modern aspects.
All rooms have been furnished carefully with high-quality fittings. In the bedroom there is comfortable Boxspring bed (180x200) made by the German company Ruf. In the living-room you´ll find a Bali sofa system which can be converted to high-quality bed with a slatted base and mattresses providing a second sleeping opportunity. Throughout the day simply relax on this comfortable sofa.
The flat is a non-smoking area, parties are not allowed and only registered guests can use the flat. Ask in advance if you want to bring your pet. On account of the first floor location and a flight of steps the flat is not accessible for certain disabled people.
The flat is suitable for use over a longer period. A living-space of 93m² is available, divides as follows:
• Living-room 36m²
• Bedroom 20m²
• Kitchen/dining area 21m²
• 1 bathroom with shower and toilet
• 1 bathroom with a bath and toilet, wash machine/tumble drier
Additional there is a lockable basement room for the storage of bicycles and parking space in the underground car park (optional).
In the modern kitchen/dining area you´ll find the following items:
• Oven
• Cooker (induction)
• Coffee machine
• Fridge + freezer
• Dishwasher
• Toaster
• Kettle
Free usage of internet (DSL 32000) and Wi-Fi, HD cable TV available in living- and bedroom.
In the living-room you´ll find two comfortable sofas and a sound system with a Blu-ray player, a variety of games and reading material is also there – and not to forget an iron, ironing board and a hoover.
