The apartment is centrally located on the ground floor of a 1370 built house. A 650-year-old granite column carries the vault and the old walls are a fine contrast to the modern and luxurious furnishings.
Your accommodation consists of 2 rooms (together 42 m²), divided into living and sleeping area and kitchen with dining area.

In the living / sleeping area you will also find an open bathtub, in the entire apartment is Internet with DSL200Mbit and HDTV free of charge. Cancellation:
We recommend our guests of 'PASSAU42' a cancellation insurance. We can provide a booking confirmation.
The policy for cancellation policy is: free cancellation until 5 days before the check-in, for less than 5 days before check-in 100% of the total booking fee will be charged.

Conditions and extras
Unfortunately we can not offer private parking for your car. For unloading and loading a stop in front of the apartment is allowed. A list of public parking in the vicinity with all conditions (cost, free) we will gladly provide.
