Our original organic mountain farm in Berchtesgadener Land belongs to the municipality of Piding. The farm with the stylish holiday flats, completed in 2011, is situated on a hill with a view of the valley and the Berchtesgaden mountains. Children have many opportunities to play and entertain themselves here. Whether trampoline, seesaw, swings, climbing tree or slide, - there are many possibilities to play. It is usually the guest children's job to drive the cows from the barn to the pasture and back again, and feeding the calves in the barn is something the children love very much.

The Königssee holiday flat has 110 m² and can be extended by the App. Ramsau with extra bathroom up to 130 m². It is equipped with a kitchen (large fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher), very large living room with larch flooring, which can be illuminated brightly or discreetly, cosily with many light sources, large couch with coffee table, tiled stove, which is centrally heated with wood chips, 1 - 3, expandable to 4 bedrooms with larch flooring, bathroom with shower and bathtub, which provides a pleasant feeling of well-being on cold days, 2 large washbasins (double washbasins), separate WC, balcony with a dreamlike view, TV connection. The underfloor heating provides pleasant foot warmth in the bathroom. A hairdryer is available. Due to the organic construction, you will certainly find a pleasant night's sleep in the bedrooms, which are also equipped with larch flooring. The intervertebral disc mattresses additionally ensure this. An additional cot can be set up. The beautiful terrace with barbecue facilities and an old 17th century granary (can be used as a special seating option) invite you to an unforgettable stay! The beds are all made up. Our baker delivers fresh bread rolls daily if required, which you can order. Ramsau holiday room with kitchenette, additional shower/WC, can be booked on request. Occupancy: 1-7, 8 persons on request, can be extended by another holiday room "Ramsau", with kitchenette, shower/WC up to 11 or 12 persons on request.

Conditions and extras
The prices quoted do not include the spa tax. The health resort fee is € 1.00 per person and day of stay. Children up to the age of 12 are free of charge. (Subject to change without notice).
