Our ground-level holiday flat has been awarded 4 stars by the German Tourism Association for the 3rd time in a row. The flat has approx. 77 sqm and is suitable for families and seniors. The living room is equipped with two white leather sofas 3,2, and a TV armchair and has a direct exit to the 32 sqm terrace with a view of the Predigtstuhl. The fitted kitchen, with dishwasher, many electric kitchen appliances also has a door to the terrace. Practical in summer when you want to have breakfast outside. The kitchen is furnished with a new corner bench and chairs. Bedroom with double bed, new mattresses with adjustable slatted frames, wall safe, room: with single bed, bathroom with shower and tub, nice bright bathroom furniture and hairdryer, vanity mirror, folding seat in the shower, grab rail when getting out of the shower as well as a sturdy bathroom stool. A holiday flat where you should feel comfortable.

The fitted kitchen, with dishwasher, many electric kitchen appliances such as (coffee machine, espresso machine, egg boiler, kettle, toaster, electric slicer, blender, waffle iron and much more) spices, actually everything you need for cooking and baking. The kitchen also has a door to the terrace. Practical in summer when you want to have breakfast outside. The kitchen is furnished with a new corner bench and chairs. Bedroom with double bed (from May 2019 new mattresses and new adjustable slatted frames) wardrobe, bedside cabinet and small wall safe, guest-o.children's room: with single bed, wardrobe, large mirror. Bathroom: with shower and tub, beautiful bright bathroom furniture and hairdryer, illuminated cosmetic mirror, folding seat in the shower, grab handle when getting out of the shower as well as a sturdy bathroom stool. Hallway: with wardrobe, we also have 1 high chair, travel cot with changing mat ready for our younger guests. A few children's films and CDs as well as books and games for children and adults are also available to our guests. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, cushions, barbecue, awning and additional large parasol. A holiday flat where you should feel at home.

Conditions and extras
The deposit is 150,00 € per booking and will be refunded on departure if no damage has occurred. The prices quoted do not include the spa tax. The health resort fee is € 1.00 per person and day of stay. Children up to the age of 12 are free of charge. (Subject to change without notice).
