For your holiday at any time of the year we offer you: Shopping service for the 1st night, bread roll service, wifi, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, underfloor heating and for our little guests a playground at the house. Newly built spacious holiday flat "Untersberg" (84 m²) for 1 to 4 people with a wonderful view of the mountains. The flat on the upper floor has a fully equipped sunny kitchen-cum-living room with south/west-facing balcony and comfortable couch with TV armchair, 2 bedrooms, underfloor heating, wifi and lan and much more.

Conditions and extras
The prices quoted do not include the spa tax. The health resort fee is 1,00 € per person and day of stay, children up to the age of 12 are free of charge. (Subject to change without notice).
