The living/sleeping area has a swivel flat screen TV, free Wi-Fi and a games console. In the open, fully equipped kitchen, you will find a regular coffee machine as well as a fully automatic Delonghi coffee machine, toaster, smoothie maker, dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic hob. In addition to the double bed (160 x 200 cm), the living/sleeping area has a functional couch that can also be used as a double bed. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub with rain shower, WC, hairdryer and towels. We are happy to provide a cot and a high chair on request. In the small storage room next to the entrance you will find an ironing board, steam iron and cleaning accessories. In the basement there is a communal laundry room with a washing machine for your use. There is also a lockable cellar compartment with electricity connection for your e-bike/bikes and other sports equipment. Your car can be parked in your own underground parking space, and we will provide you with an automatic garage door opener.

Conditions and extras
The prices quoted do not include the spa tax. The health resort fee is € 1.00 per person and day of stay. Children up to the age of 12 are free of charge. (Subject to change without notice).
