From the west-facing living room with a panoramic window front and balcony you have a wonderful, free and undeveloped view into the garden and across the fields to the forest. Non-smoking apartment, however, a small smoking corner is available in front of the house entrance.We participate in sustainable tourism - environmentally friendly accommodation - electricity we obtain from the sun through our photovoltaic - plant - thermal energy we also obtain ecologically - from "deep underground"- rainwater use for watering the garden - We strive to keep the total energy / water consumption low- The total amount of waste is reduced by separating glass, waste paper, plastic and bio garbage can.

Conditions and extras
The above prices are plus spa tax in the amount of: Persons from 16 years = 2 €. Severely disabled persons with 80 to GdB 99% from 16 years = 1 €. Children and teenagers 7 up to and including 15 years = 1 €. Severely disabled children and young people with 80 to GdB 99% 7 to incl. 15 years = 0,50 €. Children up to and including 6 years | Severely disabled persons with GdB 100% and their accompanying persons | Business travelers = 0 €Please note that upon arrival and so that after the online booking can be secured and no fake bookings arise, a deposit of 30% of the booking total is due within 14 days after booking. The remaining 70% of the booking amount is due 4 weeks before arrival. You will receive a written confirmation of receipt of payment from the host after the 30% and 70% payments have been received. The booking will be canceled by the host if the guest does not pay the deposit within 14 days. Cancellation conditions: free cancellation up to 48h before arrival!
