Extra bedroom with modern box spring bed (180x200 cm), mattresses with 2 different degrees of hardness (1 x H2 and 1 x H3) for a restful sleep and extra LED TV. Living room with open kitchen. In the living room there is a pull-out couch (140x200 cm), a smart TV and a large dining set. The open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a large refrigerator with freezer, oven and washing machine. In addition, a modern and bright bathroom with shower (90x90cm),toilet and daylight. The floor plan is ideally suited for 2 people.
