Location: The newly energetically renovated vacation apartment NaturReich is located between Prien center and Rimsting Schafwaschener Bucht. To the beaches in the Schafwaschener Bucht and adventure pool Prienavera it is only about 1.5 - 2 kilometers. The center of Prien you can reach in about 900 meters. Facilities: The ground floor apartment has 104sqm pure living space and has 2 terraces and a small garden. Due to the 2 separate bedrooms and a large living-dining area with two sofa beds, the apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. The apartment is ideal for 4 people (+ 2).Due to the ground floor location, the apartment is also conditionally barrier-free and suitable for seniors. There are only 3 steps in front of the house to the entrance door. Parking space available - garage possible on request. In the apartment you will find a list of organic shopping options in the region. Sustainability in the bathroom We provide you with a NaturReich Amenity Set with naturally pure organic care products. We are happy for you to use the products. You are also welcome to take them home and refill them again and again at home. You are welcome to leave us the empty vials - just please do not throw them away!!! Empty bottles will be refilled and reused by us. We use high quality organic cosmetics from:Dr. Hauck & Dr. Boos. TheseBio cosmetics and body care products you can also buy from us.Sustainability in the kitchen Already existing materials and utensils made of plastic we did not throw away only to replace them with environmentally friendly materials, because that would not be sustainable.Buying new always means new resources, more CO2 emissions, more transportation. What we do is to rely on durable utensils made of natural materials and sustainable (regional) production for the next upcoming purchase.The house: the entire house was energetically renovated in the spring of 2023.Heating: sustainable pellet heating bio electricity from Naturstrom.With the NaturReich vacation apartment we contribute a small part to environmental and climate protection. The above prices are plus spa tax in the amount of: Persons from 16 years = 2 €. Severely disabled persons from 80 to GdB 99% from 16 years = 1 €. Children and teenagers 7 up to and including 15 years = 1 €. Severely disabled children and young people with 80 to GdB 99% 7 to incl. 15 years = 0,50 €.
