A warm greeting from Prien am Chiemsee!The vacation apartment is offered since May 2021. We operators of the vacation apartment BaMBi freuenuns that you are interested in it closer. BaMBi stands for: Barrier-poor, Mittendrin, Biologisch. The apartment is part of a very well-equipped residential project that has existed since 2011 and has been awarded for its diversity, sustainability and energy efficiency as a lighthouse project.Location:Due to its location in the village (400 m from the train station, 500 m from the center), it is very suitable for travel by train and / or bicycle and also for longer stays. The apartment is located in a quiet and central location in the village, in a mature environment with old buildings and trees. It is easy to get to the nearby town center without barriers: lively, partly urban and with all offers for a pleasant stay with different needs. The train and bus station or the stop for the historic Chiemsee train to the lake are within 5 minutes walking distance. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment are a bakery, a butcher, a greengrocer, a discount grocery store, several doctors' offices and a bicycle store with a rental service. A few steps away are pharmacies, the library, the cinema, museums, cafes, bars and restaurants, various specialty stores, banks, the post office, the tourist office and the churches of various denominations. The free Schraml beach swimming pool and the ski and sledding hill are within walking distance. Towards the east, a quiet, easily accessible footpath leads to the lake. Here, after a short walk in a wonderful natural setting, you will find vantage points with a unique view of the lake and the Chiemgau mountains. From there, you can directly access a very well-developed network of footpaths and bike paths to nature reserves on the northern or southern shores of Lake Chiemsee. If you like it busier, go to the tourist district of Stock. Stock is a good place to enjoy the year-round lively lakeside promenade, the Scheren, with café s and restaurants, or the modern swimming pool with sauna and lido. There are several rental stations for electric boats, pedal boats and rowing boats. The train station Prien is very well connected to the cities of Rosenheim, Munich, Salzburg or Innsbruck with frequent connections. The Chiemgau-Bahn takes you to Aschau im Chiemgau to our local mountains (Kampenwand, Geigelstein) or to the Sachrang valley. Regular bus connections give you access for wonderful day trips to Reit im Winkel.People with disabilities are welcome. The apartment is barrier-free, but not barrier-free. We are happy to talk to you about the individual offers and possibilities before booking. The offered, barrier-free accessible premises are located on the first floor of theWohnanlage. Free WLAN gives you access to the Internet.The large bedroom is also completely and newly equipped according to the above criteria. The bed is 180 cm wide, the lying surface is at comfort height and the slatted frames are height-adjustable at the head and foot end. A bunk bed and a wardrobe can be hidden behind a variable curtain in the bedroom. The new bathroom with floor-level shower, glass partition and hairdryer is also fully equipped. Storage possibilities and towel hooks are sufficiently present. A practical wardrobe niche ensures order and rounds off the offer.The terrace offers ample space. It is equipped with a large garden table with chairs for up to 6 people, a parasol and a drying rack.

Conditions and extras
The prices mentioned are plus spa tax in the amount of: Persons from 16 years = € 2. Severely disabled persons with 80 to GdB 99% from 16 years = 1 €.
