Withdrawal from the contract The AGB's sent by the landlord after booking must be signed and returned directly to the landlord. Otherwise the landlord reserves the right to refuse the booking. In case of non-compliance with the rental contract or withdrawal from the contract by the tenant or in case of non-appearance of the tenant, the tenant is liable for up to 90% of the resulting loss of rent. If a substitute renter is found for the rental period, the rent will be credited against the loss of rent, less a handling fee. The underground parking space is marked with the number "1". No objects may be left in the underground garage or in the staircase. Please fill out the registration form completely. You can hand in the yellow registration form at the Tourist Info in Prien or put it in the mailbox. On the day of departure the apartment must be vacated by 10:00. Mrs. Beriashvili will be on site to return the keys. The residual waste bin is located below the sink. A trash can for residual waste is located in the underground garage marked "Schütz". (Paper, newspapers, cardboard or glass must not be added to the residual waste). Please dispose of them e.g.: in the public parking lot behind the building at Seestraße 29. Or at the recycling yard at the end of town in the direction of the highway on the right side just before the McDonald. Washing machine and a dryer available. Payment in cash before departure. Fee washing machine per wash: 4.- Euro. / Fee dryer per drying cycle 4.- Euro.

Conditions and extras
The above prices are plus spa tax in the amount of: Persons from 16 years = 2 €. Severely disabled persons with 80 to GdB 99% from 16 years = 1 €. Children and teenagers 7 up to and including 15 years = 1 €. Severely disabled children and young people with 80 to GdB 99% 7 to incl. 15 years = 0,50 €. Children up to and including 6 years of age | severely disabled persons with GdB 100% and their accompanying persons | business travelers = 0 €.
